- Easy bridge flow moving arms overhead with the inhalation
- Yogic bicycles
- Hip openers with strap
- Downward facing dog
- Classic sun x 2
- Lunge / lunge twist
- Triangle / Pyramid / Revolved triangle - 5-8 breaths in each pose - focus on a smooth transition - use block as needed
- Standing hand to big toe - use strap if needed
- Standing squat / crow
- Child's pose 8-10 breaths
- Head to knee pose / sage twist
- Seated forward fold
- Figure 4 stretch
- Supine twist.
- Final relaxation.

There are no overnight successes. In yoga, just as in everyday life,one finds bumps along the road. A consistent, insightful practice helps us move past the hurdles to truly enjoy the benefits of yoga.
"Look for presence and not the pose." In your practice this afternoon, practice being present in each of the asanas, or poses. Use the breath to hold your focus, building awareness with each breath.

Spend the next hour looking after your body...taking the practice where you need to go.
Look for presence not the pose. That's where the true benefit of yoga lies. In today's practice take time live in the presence of each moment.
