Look for presence not the pose. That's where the true benefit of yoga lies. In today's practice take time live in the presence of each moment.

  • Crocodile 10-12 breaths
  • Child's pose 10-12 breaths
  • Sphinx pose 10-12 breaths
  • Thread the needle
  • Downward facing dog / plank flow - modify with knees down
  • Standing forward fold
  • Mountain
  • Forward fold / lunge / downward facing dog
  • Warrior II / humble warrior
  • Vinyasa
  • Triangle / reverse
  • Vinyasa
  • Half moon
  • Vinyasa
  • Bridge
  • Legs up the wall
  • Wide angle at the wall
  • Eye of the needle at the wall
  • Happy baby
  • Yogi's choice
  • Final relaxation

    PRACTICING YOGA
    A simple list cannot capture the energy and feel of a class, the expertise of a qualified teacher, nor the wisdom of listening to your own body. If you choose to use a sequence, it's important remember honor your body. Take only the parts of the practice that meets your needs.
