This morning we'll add several more balancing poses. As you move through your practice, focus on creating balance, not just in the balancing asanas, but in each and every movement you make.
- Mountain pose 10-12 breaths
- Tiptoe balance 8-10 breaths
- Crescent flow
- Slow vinyasa x 2 - hold each asana 4-5 breaths
- Chair / lunge / downward facing dog / repeat other side
- Tree pose
- Lunge / lightening lunge flow / vinyasa
- Warrior III / forward fold / repeat other side
- Triangle / half-moon / repeat other side
- Vinyasa
- Child's pose 2-3 minutes
- Locust pose x 2
- Easy cat/cow
- Thread the needle
- Seated wide leg forward fold
- Cobbler's pose
- Reclining cobbler's pose
- Spinal twist
- Yogi's choice
- Final relaxation
