Today's practice will focus on awareness and refinement of the ujjayi breath.This breath practice warms the body and helps in maintaining steadiness, ease and balance in your practice. To practice, begin from a comfortable seat or standing in mountain. Exhale a slow sigh. On the next exhale, close your mouth and create the same sound on your exhale.
